Single-User License Agreement for Digital Content

This Single-User License applies to all Digital Content obtained from Ariel.org, whether purchased or provided free of charge.
By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital content from Ariel.org, you agree to the terms of this Single-User License. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, access, or use the content.

1. License Grant

Ariel Ministries (“Ariel.org”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use digital content for your personal, individual use only.

This license does not transfer ownership. All rights remain with Ariel Ministries.

2. Permitted Use

• Download and store the digital file(s) on your personal devices.
• Print one personal copy for your own private study (where applicable).
• Use the material for personal spiritual growth, academic study, or private research.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Share, forward, redistribute, loan, or gift the digital files to any other person.
• Upload the product to any website, shared or public access cloud drive, social media platform, or shared server.
• Republish, reproduce, or create derivative works from the content.
• Use the content in any classroom, Bible study, ministry training, or group setting without explicit written permission from Ariel Ministries.
• Sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the material.

Any unauthorized distribution is a violation of copyright law.

4. Ministry & Group Use

If you wish to use Ariel.org materials for:

• Group Bible study
• Ministry teaching
• Classroom or academic instruction
• Digital library access
• Multi-user environments

You must obtain a separate Group License or Institutional License from Ariel Ministries.

5. Intellectual Property

All digital products are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.
Ariel Ministries retains full ownership of all texts, illustrations, audio files, videos, PDFs, and other downloadable materials.

6. No Refunds on Digital Goods

Because digital goods cannot be returned, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

7. Termination

Ariel Ministries may terminate this license if you violate any terms.
Upon termination, you must delete all digital copies in your possession.
