Roberto Anchondo serves with Ariel Ministries in the Southwest United States and into Mexico. Partnering with Ariel Canada, Roberto produces Spanish-language radio programs to share the gospel in a land with deep history. Through teaching, evangelism, and discipleship, he continues to proclaim Messiah in Jewish and Gentile contexts. Your support ensures the church in the Southwest US is equipped with sound doctrine and biblical resources.

Jewish Ministry Specialist, San Antonio

Originally serving in Israel, we now split most of our time between Ariel’s headquarters in Texas and our Camp Shoshanah summer program in New York. We continue to minister on short trips and with Ariel College – reaching Jews and Gentiles worldwide! Here are some of the ministry opportunities that we are invested in: 1) Teaching the Bible and highlighting its Jewish background, 2) Outreaches and evangelism, 3) Teaching the Church about God’s love for the Jewish people, 4) Developing college-level online courses, 5) Administrative support for various ministry departments.

      John Metzger and his wife, Sharon, currently serve as reps with Ariel in North Carolina. John has spent 30 years in Jewish ministry. John did his graduate work at Lancaster Bible College Graduate School plus 30 hours in Old Testament from Tyndale Seminary (TX). He and Sharon have two married sons, sixteen grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. John has been a student under Dr. Arnold Fruchtenbaum at Camp Shoshannah for 25 years.
