Jackie Fierman – Ariel Ministries Canada
From St. Louis to Yeshua
Jackie Fierman was raised in a Conservative Jewish home in St. Louis, Missouri. Jewish life and tradition shaped her childhood—synagogue attendance, Hebrew school, and Jewish holidays were all part of her family rhythm. But beneath the surface, Jackie carried deep wounds and longed for the Messiah who could bring peace and healing.
At the age of 17, after four years of searching, questioning, and wrestling with her identity, Jackie came to believe that Yeshua (Jesus) is the promised Messiah of Israel. It was a life-changing decision that came at a cost. Friends and family rejected her, and persecution followed. Yet through her faithful witness, God worked powerfully—both of her parents eventually came to faith in Yeshua as well.
A Life of Mission and Ministry
After her salvation, Jackie’s desire to serve the Lord grew. With a B.S. in Medical Technology, she first served in Haiti at a bush hospital with Worldteam Missions. Later, she pursued biblical training at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, deepening her foundation in Scripture and preparing for ministry.
God then opened the door to Quebec, Canada, where Jackie studied French and joined UFM International. Her ministry focused on evangelism and discipleship, with a special emphasis on women’s ministry. Over the years, Jackie has walked alongside countless women, teaching the Word of God and helping them grow in their faith.
Discovering Ariel Ministries
In 2005, Jackie learned about Ariel Ministries and felt an immediate connection. Ariel’s mission—teaching the Bible from a Messianic Jewish perspective—resonated deeply with her own heritage as a Jewish believer in Yeshua. The clarity and depth Ariel brought to Scripture enriched her life and equipped her to teach others with greater understanding.
Soon after, Jackie joined Ariel Ministries Canada and began serving actively through Bible teaching, evangelism, and discipleship.
Serving in Montreal and Beyond
Since moving to Montreal in 2008, Jackie has expanded her ministry across Canada and the U.S. She leads French-language Bible studies with believers from multiple churches, presents at conferences and retreats, and represents Ariel Ministries at churches and community events.
Her ministry also extends to radio and TV, where she shares about Yeshua as the Jewish Messiah and teaches the Scriptures in their Jewish context.
Jackie’s Passion Today
Jackie’s heart beats for two things:
- Equipping believers with a deeper understanding of the Scriptures in their historical and cultural context.
- Reaching the Jewish community with the good news that Yeshua is the fulfillment of the promises given to Israel.
Through Ariel Ministries Canada, she continues to serve with joy, teaching God’s Word faithfully and pointing people—both Jew and Gentile—to the Messiah of Israel.
